Hamilton City Ballet offers a summer program in collaboration with the Hamilton Academy of Performing Arts and the Vancliffen Arts Foundation for local and international students from ages 5 to 20 and adults.

Throughout the years, we have welcomed students from the Hamilton and surrounding areas, including Ancaster, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, and across Canada - as far as British Columbia. The camp has also welcomed international students from across the world – e.g. Ukraine, Italy.

We believe that students of all ages should have the opportunity to experience an enriching program in which they can develop their artistic qualities, learn new skills and meet new people. Our programs are designed to improve students' technical and artistic abilities. Classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced staff in a safe and friendly environment. At the end of each session, the students prepare a presentation in the school's Tchaikovsky Concert Hall for family and friends. Each dancer receives a "Certificate of Participation" by the Artistic Director of the Vancliffen Arts Foundation – Ms. Amelia Wanderlingh, presented at the closing ceremony.

Out-of-town and international students reside with local host families or stay at the Mohawk College Residence in Hamilton.
